Mutton is a non-veg which is liked by many. I never used to eat this for a long time. But then I started liking it when I prepare it by myself. Here is a delicious recipe of mutton biriyani. Prepare it & I assure it your guests/loved ones will not stop praising your dish 😉
-Marenet the mutton with salt,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder & ginger-garlic paste.Mix it well & keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
-Keep cooker on stove,pour ghee. Add cashewnuts,bay leaf,clove,cinnamon,jeera & fry it.
-Add sliced onions,ginger-garlic paste & slited green chillies.
-Mix it well after adding salt & turmeric.
-When onions will become soft then add red chilly powder & coriander powder.
-Add tomato & stir well till tomatoes are softened.
-Now add mareneted mutton into it.Mix it very well.
-Now pour water & give a stir.
-Leave it for 20 minutes in less flame.
-When the air will be completely released then add washed basmati rice into it,close the lid & leave it for 1 whistle.
–Open the cooker lid ones the whistle pressure is completely gone. Leave it for 20 minutes as it is.
-Then you can serve it hot with raita.
