  • Pav bread 3
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Green chilly 2 chopped
  • Ginger 1 tsp chopped
  • Curry leaves 5 leaves chopped
  • Rice flour 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Pav medu vada

We have had medu vada many times. Here is the recipe of medu vada but prepared with Pav bread.Do try it & let me know in the comments how was it.

  • Take a bowl. Add the pieces of Pav in it.
  • Add curd, onion,salt,rice flour, green chilly, curry leaves & ginger.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • With the help of your palm, take the mixture & make it as a medu vada shape as shown in the image.
  • Drop it gently inside the hot oil. 
  • Fry until its golden brown.
  • Serve it hot with any of your favourite chutney.
