  • Cooked basmati rice with salt 2 cups
  • Finely chopped vegetables:
  • Carrot,capscicum & onion 1 cup each
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Salt as required

Veg fried rice

Fried rice is loved by all. Here is the recipe of veg fried rice which is easy to make and super delicious. Its a wonderful recipe for kids as they will eat lots of vegetables too in this manner :-)

– Take a pan. Add oil in it.

-Saute all the vegetables along with salt as required.

-Add cooked rice & mix gently.

-Serve it hot with any veg or non-veg gravy.
