Paneer we all love as it can be served as a starter or as a main course. Here Iam sharing the recipe of Paneer Butter Masala.
-Take a paneer,dice it & keep it aside.
-Take a pan. Add butter.
-Add cumin seeds,onion puree,green chillies,ginger & garlic paste.
-Add a pinch of salt & turmeric.Mix well till it changes the color to golden brown.
-Add red chilly powder & coriander powder. Mix well.
-Add tomato puree & 1/4th glass of water.Mix it well.
-Close the lid & leave it for 10 minutes so that tomato will leave it’s raw smell.
-Mix all together,add garam masala & salt.
-Add diced paneer into it.Give a stir.
-Add 2 tbsp of butter & garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
-Serve it hot with parantas.
