My daughter feels bored to eat idly in its normal way. This recipe I mainly prepared for her & I am glad that she loved it. Sharing this recipe with you all so that you can too have this dish not only for breakfast but also as an evening snack.
-Take a pan & add oil.
-Add mustard seeds & chana dal in it.
-Add finely chopped onion, green chilly & curry leaves.
-Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder & coriander powder.Mix all well.
-Add diced idlis & sprinkle sambar masala powder on top.
-Mix all well together & serve it with coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice.
