  • Boiled pasta 200 gms
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 diced
  • Green peas 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Amul fresh cream 200 ml
  • Morzella cheese grated 1 cup

Baked cheese pasta

We all love pasta. In country like Italy the basic and most vital food in their routine is different varieties of pasta. I am sharing here the recipe of a baked pasta.

  • Take a wok. Add olive oil & butter.
  • Add onion,capscicum ,green peas & carrot. Saute till the onion becomes transcluscent.
  • Add salt & black pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Add boiled pasta in it & mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and add Amul fresh cream in it. Stir well.
  • Convert the half quantity of the pasta to a baking vessel. Spread grated cheese evenly.
  • Now, add the rest half quantity in it & spread the cheese again.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degree.
  • Hot and cheesy pasta is ready.
