  • Paneer dices 1 cup
  • Corn paste 1 cup
  • Onion paste 2 onion's
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Green chilly 2
  • Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cumin seeds 1/ 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom 3 nos
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Paneer in corn gravy

Paneer is an ingredient which can well with any sort of gravies. Paneer is highly liked by both vegetarians & non-vegetarians. I am going to share a very delicious recipe.

  • Keep a wok & pour oil in it.
  • Add cumin seeds, bay leaf & cardamom.
  • Add onion-green chilly paste.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Mix well until onion become translucent.
  • Add red chilly powder & coriander powder. Give a stir so that chilly powder leaves the raw smell.
  • Add tomato puree.Stir well. Cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Now add the corn paste and stir well.
  • Add garam masala powder. Mix well.
  • Finally add paneer dices and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rotis, parents or naans.
