  • Maida (Refined flour) 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Pineapple essence 5 drops
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Roasted dry fruits 1/2 cup

Pineapple Cake with dry fruits

Method:

  • Preheat the oven @ 180 temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Take a mixing bowl. Add maida, baking powder & powdered sugar. Give a stir.
  • Now add beaten egg, pineapple essence & oil.
  • Blend it well. Add roasted dry fruits ( Finely chop the cashews, raisins & almonds. Roast it 1/2 tsp of ghee).
  • Combine well & pour it in a greased baking mould.
  • Leave it for 25 minutes @ 180 temperature.
