  • Paneer 300 gms
  • Boiled corn 100 gms
  • Roasted Capsicum 1 cup
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Green chilly-ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Amul fresh cream 50 ml
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Paneer Corn Capsicum Masala

Method:

  • Keep a wok.Add oil in it.
  • Add cumin seeds & onion paste, green chilly-ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder. Saute them well.
  • Now add red chilly powder, coriander powder & garam masala powder.
  • Add tomato puree. Mix all well.
  • Add paneer, roasted capsicum and boiled corn.
  • Add ¬†Amul fresh cream, butter & finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Mix gently & serve it hot with naans,paranta or rotis.
