  • Ripe avacado 1
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 5
  • Water 1 cup

Avacado Shake


  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
  • Adding honey instead of sugar can be done on a healthy side.
  • Adding nuts are optional.
  • Pour it in a glass & serve chill.
