  • Rajma 1 cup
  • Grated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 1 string
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • salt as required
  • oil 3 tsp

Rajma Kashmiri

I have tried giving a North Indian ingredient a South Indian touch :-)

Method :

  • Boil rajma kashmiri in cooker for 3 whistles.
  • Take a pan, pour oil. Add crushed garlic & curry leaves.
  • No add red chilly powder & grated coconut.
  •  Add boiled rajma & salt into it.
  • Mix all together & serve hot as a side dish for steamed rice.
