- Boil dal in cooker for 3 whistles.
- Now take a wok. Add oil.
- Splutter mustard seeds, dry red chilly & curry leaves.
- Pour boiled dal into it.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & garam masala powder.
- Mix everything well & leave it for 2 minutes to boil.
- Add salt & coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with steam rice / jeera rice.
