  • Potato 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilly 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 string
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut 1/2 side( Blend it in mix for . 10 secs)
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Vegetable Khurma

Method:

  • Take a cooker. Add all chopped vegetables in it and leave it for a whistle.
  • Take a pan. Add oil in it.
  • Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly & onions. Saute it.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, salt & turmeric powder.
  • Add red chilly powder & coriander powder.Mix well till it get roasted.
  • Add tomatoes into it & mix well.
  • Pour 1/4th glass of ¬†water & stir again.
  • Add boiled vegetables in it & mix well.
  • Add the blended grated coconut , pepper powder & garam masala powder in it. Mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves & serve hot with paranta/roti.20170503_150046
