  • Bread 6
  • Onion 1
  • Green Chilly 2
  • Boiled potato 3
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • water 1/2 cup
  • Oil for deep frying

Bread Rolls

Method:

  • Keep a pan.Add oil in it.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilly, salt & turmeric powder .Saute it well.
  • Add coriander powder, red chilly powder & garam masala powder.Mix it well.
  • Mash the boiled ¬†potatoes and add in it.
  • Combine all the mixture well & add coriander leaves.Keep it aside.
  • Now, take a slice of bread. Cut the 4 sides of the bread.Dip both the sides in water. Keep it on your palm & press it gently to squeeze out the water.
  • PS: Press gently as that bread should not break.
  • Keep the potato mixture in the centre of the bread & cover it with that same bread.
  • PS: Mixture should not be visible or else potato will soak excess oil while frying.
  • Now, put the rolls in oil & fry it until golden brown.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup or with mint chutney.20170429_201059
