  • Maida (All purpose flour) 300 gms
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter 150 gms
  • Coco powder 2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Milk 4 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 5 drops
  • Powdered Sugar 1 cup

Choco Marble Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree for 10 minutes.
  • Add coco powder in a small bowl. Pour milk in that and mix it well.It should be like a semi-thick chocolate paste.
  • Take a bowl. Add butter in it & whisk it well.
  • Now add powdered sugar and again whisk till it get mixed with butter nicely.
  • Take another bowl & add eggs in it. Give a nice whisk.
  • Add the egg mixture to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix everything well for around 5 minutes.
  • Add maida and baking powder. Give a good stir.
  • Add the vanilla essence.
  • Now, take out around 30% of the final cake mixture into another bowl & add the chocolate paste into it.Mix well.
  • Take the baking trey and greese it with butter.
  • Pour the half cake mixture into the baking trey & spread it well as the first layer.Then pour the chocolate mixture as a second layer.Then again the yellow collar batter.In the middle for the final layer pour 2 tbsp of chocolate batter.
  • Now, with the help a toothpick, spread the centre in a way like rays. Drag the toothpick from the centre till the baking tray to get the design as per shown in the picture.
  • Bake the cake in 180 degree for  30 minutes.
