  • 200gms diced papaya
  • 2 crushed cardamom powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 glass of chilled water
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 6 popsicle moulds

Summer is here with unbearable heat…All want something to cool down and mom’s are creating new things which are healthy too in their kitchen to keep their kids cool this summer.. One such thing is this simple and delicious Papaya Popsicles…


-Take a blender and add all the ingredients and give a good stir.
-Pour the mixture in Popsicle moulds & leave it in freezer for 5 hours.
– Have chilled papaya Popsicles.
