  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 5-8 almonds
  • 10 cashews
  • 5 walnuts
  • 3 cardamom
  • 1/2 glass of milk

Long time we have posted any new recipes. Any ways starting off 2016 with a sweet note…Try this simple and delicious No cooking Banana Kulfi…

~ Take a mixie jar. Mash banana well and transfer it to a bowl.
~ Make powder of dry fruits and add that to mashed banana.
~ Powder the sugar and cardamom. Add this too in the bowl and mix well.
~ Now pour milk and bind well.
~ Pour the mixture to the kulfi moulds and keep it in freezer for around 7-8 hours.
~Tasty and chilled kulfi is ready for this summer.
