Mango Kulfi

  • Ripe mango pulp-1
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder-1 tsp
  • Cashews-5
  • Almonds-5
  • Kulfi moulds-2
  • Kissan pineapple syrup-2 tbsp

Mango Kulfi

Method:

* Take kulfi moulds & pour pineapple syrup & keep in freezer for 15 minutes.
* Take a mixer jar & add all the above ingredients & give a good stir.
* Now,pour it in each moulds till it fills & insert the sticks/handle in it.
* Leave it for 3 hours in freezer & then remove it very carefully & slowly.Enjoy!
