Chilli Pork
5-6 Servings ~ 30 -35 Minutes
  • 1/2 kg Boneless Pork (Chopped to bite size pieces)
  • 1 Green Capsicum - Cut to Cubes
  • 2- 3 Medium Onions - Diced
  • 6 Green Chillies - Cut to halves
  • 1" Ginger piece - Crushed/grated
  • 6 Flakes Garlic - Crushed/Fine chop
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tsp Pepper Powder (increase per spice preference)
  • 2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 Pinch Aginomoto
  • Salt and Vinegar to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Chilli Pork


– In a pressure cooker add the washed pork pieces, ginger, garlic, salt , vinegar and aginomoto along with very little water and cook for 2-3 whistles on low flame.
– Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork pieces (few at a time) till slight brown colour on all sides. Remove on paper and keep aside.
– In the same pan fry the onions, capsicum and green chilies for about 2 minutes.
– Now add in the Garam masala and pepper powders, soya and chilli sauces. Mix well.
– Finally add the fried pork to this mixture and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
– Remove and serve hot.
