  • 1 Cup Puffed Rice/ Aval/ Poha
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 4 Tsp Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 Tbsp Dry fruits – Finely Chopped (Raisins, Cashew, Pistachio, Almonds)
  • 1 ½ Cup Water

Soft Aval Unda/ Soft Puffed Rice Balls

Try this easy and simple yummy dish for dessert.

Method:

– Take a bowl & add aval & water. Leave it to soak.
– Add all the other ingredients to this bowl and mix well.
– With the help of your hand, make round shape balls.
