Chicken Pepper Fry

Checkout this mouth-watering easy starter.


2 Cups Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Big Onion (Finely chopped)
1 Tsp Garlic paste
4-5 Green chillies (Finely chopped)
2-3 Tsp Black pepper corns (coarsely powdered)
6-8 Curry leaves
¼ Cup Coriander leaves (Finely chopped for Garnishing)
3 Tsp Oil


Wash and clean the boneless chicken. Cut them into ½” by 1″ strips.
Cook them in a pressure cooker with little salt for 1-2 whistles.
In a heavy bottom pan, heat Oil & fry the Cumin seeds for 3-4 seconds.
Add finely chopped Onion, green chillies, garlic paste & curry leaves. Stir fry on a High heat till onions turn translucent.
Add the cooked chicken strips & stir fry constantly so that it doesn’t stick to the pan.
Add Salt at the end to avoid Mushrooms from becoming soggy.
Add coarsely crushed Pepper powder & mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot as a starter.
