Bhature

Ingredients:

Maida      2 cups
Water       as required
Yeast          1/2 spn diluted in water
Salt            as per taste

Method:

-Take a vessal.Add maida,water,yeast & salt.
-Make a stiff dough.
-Cover the dough with a wet cloth & leave it for 20 minutes.
-Prepare oval shape out of it & do a deep fry.
-Serve hot with chole curry.
