Rice flour 1cups,maida 1/2 cup,jaggery syrup 3/4 cup,grated coconut 1/2 cup,bannana 1,cardamom 3 powdered,ghee 2tsp & oil for frying.


1.Heat ghee in a pan.
2.Roast coconut till it turns light brown.
3.Grind together-bannana,roasted coconut & cardamom powder in a mixy jar.
4.Take a bowl,mix together-rice flour,maida,jaggery syrup(warm) & the ground mixture.
5.Stir well & keep it for 3-4 hrs.
6.Heat oil in an unniyappam vessel.
7.Slowly pour batter into the moulds & cook till both sides are done.

Note:If you don’t have an unniyappam vessel,you can take the batter in spoon & pour it in a hot oil and can do a deep fry in any normal kadai.
